Cogent Real Estate have advised Bridge Industrial on the acquisition of River House, Riverside Way, Uxbridge, a 2.3 acre site housing 34,494 sq ft of warehouse space. The transaction was structured as a sale and leaseback from owner/occupier Starlight Designs. The site will be redeveloped in May 2022 to create a Grade A 50,000 sq ft last mile warehouse facility.
