Cogent Real Estate were asked to help find a suitable warehouse to relocate a well-established local occupier within close proximity to their existing premises. A modern unit on Riverside Way in Uxbridge was identified and shortlisted which comprised 24,000 sq ft with 7.5m eaves, two loading doors, and a secure fenced yard. Terms were negotiated and agreed with the landlord Aviva investors and the tenant moved in after the refurbishment.
