Cogent Real Estate have advised GMC Capital on the off-market acquisition of Unit 16 Mitcham Industrial Estate. The deal was structured as a 10 year sale and leaseback to Robore Cuts Limited on a new record rent for the estate. This deal now takes the total ownership on the estate to 45,000 sq ft.
