Cogent Real Estate has completed its largest deal to date advising Oxenwood Real Estate LLP on the off market acquisition of 16 Eastman Road, Acton.

The 4.7 acre site comprises 100,000 sq ft of warehouse space which has been leased back to RSN Limited.

OXW will be looking to redevelop the site to offer a new 100,000 sq ft super prime last mile logistics facility.
