Acting on behalf of Nichols Plc/Vimto, CRE have agreed the surrender of the existing lease on Unit 5 Weston Avenue comprising 26,484 sq ft. The transaction resulted in CRE identifying a new occupier for the property with our client being able to terminate all on-going liabilities in connection to the unit.
