Gerry qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2011 whilst working with the Logistics and Industrial Agency team at Deloitte. Gerry has 10 years experience focusing on acquisition and disposal led work and specialises in identifying asset management opportunities and targeting specific occupier requirements.

Prior to joining the Agency team, Gerry formed part of the Asset Management team at Deloitte and was responsible for planning and implementing strategic asset management initiatives creating value for his clients.

In his spare time Gerry enjoys rugby, fishing and renovating period properties.

David specialises in the West London industrial and logistics market dealing with warehouses, industrial units, development sites, open storage, yards and recycling sites. He advises on lettings, sales and lease renewals, and also finds and acquires leasehold and freehold property for both tenants and landlords.

Having previously been at Jansons, Colliers International, King Sturge and JLL, he has worked this area for over 25 years and built up a strong client base varying from pension funds and property developers to owner occupiers and tenants. With a wealth of knowledge and extensive contacts, he is recognised as a leading advisor in the highly active A40 / M4 / Heathrow market.

When he’s not working, David enjoys playing squash, golf and skiing.

Will joined the Occupational Agency team at Cogent in 2022 and prior to this worked at Avison Young and Doherty Baines where he advised both landlords and occupiers on disposals and acquisitions, predominantly focusing on the South East market. Will has extensive experience in providing strategic asset management and development advice and is responsible for acquiring some of the most notable development sites in the South East.

In his spare time, Will follows Manchester United across Europe or can be found back in the West Country.

Marco is a Chartered Surveyor and previously worked at Doherty Baines within the industrial agency team, focusing on occupational instructions within the London and South East market. During this time Marco worked with a range of clients spanning from REITs, funds to private companies.

Since, Marco has independently continued to advise his clients on leasing and development acquisitions and disposals throughout the South East and across the M4.

Marco is a lifelong Chelsea fan and enjoys playing football at any opportunity.

Jon qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2015 whilst working within the UK Industrial Capital Markets Team at Colliers. Jon spent 9 years at Colliers before moving to London centric Levy Real Estate in 2021 prior to joining Cogent in November 2023.

Jon has 11 years experience as an investment agent focusing on disposal and acquisition work across the industrial sector. Jon advises a range of clients including Institutional Investors, Property Companies, Private Equity Firms, Overseas Investors and Private Investors.

Away from work, Jon enjoys playing sports including football, golf and tennis.
